Some Useful Information

Payment
Before any work is undertaken, Artworker:UK provide an accurate and definitive price for artwork and print (and finishing if required). Upon the commencement of a project, we will require an initial deposit of 30% of the quoted price, once artwork is signed off and ready to go to print, we will require another 30% of the quoted price, with the final 40% due within one month of the completion of work. If there are any additional charges to be added for extra changes (smaller projects, logos, stationery, posters or leaflets etc) these will be added to the final price.

Payment terms for freelancing with any design agencies will have to be agreed prior to the commencement of any project.

Errors and Omissions
It is the responsibilty of the client to proof read thoroughly all proofs that are sent to them. Once the client is satisfied that the artwork is ready for print, Artworker:UK will require written notification, either by email or as a signed off proof. For larger projects (magazines, reports etc) there is no additional charge for authors corrections. For smaller projects charges are made where applicable (see "What Do We Charge?" page). No responsibility for any errors can be taken by me if there is a documented sign off of a project.

Artwork Property and Rights
Once a project is complete, it is archived to DVD and catalogued. Should the client require the artwork to send to another supplier, there will be an administration charge of £30 per hour to retrieve, copy and dispatch the artwork. Regular clients can have their artwork sent to them on a regular basis for an agreed amount.
